It seems to trick my mind better than with head tracking using TrackIR or similar tools. The spatial awareness is greatly enhanced in VR mode using ALVR for streaming. This was easily corrected by editing the controls.ini file, interestingly this occurred once and/or after the joysticks started to be operational in VR mode (i.e. before I attempted to execute Condor in VR mode). Note, that Windows 10 had switched the Joysticks ID relative to early setup (i.e. In summary, this game in was added in Steam, and the input setting in STeamVR/Revive started to display the two Joysticks.

Either way, I am stuck and I don't have a clue how to make it work.īoth Joysticks are now working consistently and I am not sure what really changed. So the issue is already present from the start of Condor 2 launched using Revive/Inject and, therefore referring to this as a Windows focus issue is likely to be a simplification. The mouse focus/ appears only in the headset or back to the desktop. On a side note, on the PC monitor, once a flight plan has launched, the end of the loading status bar is displayed and remains like a static image for the remainder of the session, while in the (mobile) VR headset the scene/cockpit is rendered and "live" streaming. Note that the mouse and keyboard work in all cases though. Condor started with Inject/Revive) does not show the joysticks anymore, hence joysticks' input won't be recognized either in flight/scenario. On the other hand, however, navigating back in Windows 10 to Condor's Input Setting menu (i.e. Using joy.cpl in Windows 10 I can monitor the two joysticks' input when bringing the focus back to Windows 10 desktop, both work as usual/normal. The problem seems to be a "focus issue" appearing once in VR streaming using Revive/Inject to start Condor 2. including and beyond the one suggested by Kvaari). I feel that Kvaari's solution is relevant and putting me on the right track here - I probably didn't apply correctly changes in settings (i.e.
#Elite dangerous logitech wingman joystick update
Update after a couple more tries earlier this evening: The suggestion by Kvaari above was tried but adjusting the Steam/ Big Picture / Controller Settings didn't do the trick. This problem was reported yesterday in the following thread before I found the VR Forum and this present thread: posting.php?mode=edit&f=43&p=161184 My PC desktop is based i7-7700K CPU, Gigabyte RTX 2080 Windforce 8Gb, 32Gb RAM, m.21TB for OS Windows 64bit Pro and condor. Note that I am using Air Light VR (ALVR) with a Samsung Galaxy S9 as a Mobile Headset (60Hz), which is so far graphically working very well. I am facing the same issue, both my FFB Sidewinder and Logitech Attack3 joysticks are not responsive once in Condor (launched with Inject in Revive).
